Rosalie Rehab and Construction Ltd. is a family owned and operated construction and remodeling company based in Evanston, IL. We are licensed to do both commercial and residential work.

What makes us different from others in our business is our creativity. Co-Founder of our company, Nathaniel Rosalie, is an artist at heart, and he brings passion to his work.  In our business, artistry and practicality combine to create the most efficient and appealing solution to any construction problem.  We turn old spaces into new without losing the original charm of the house, or awkward and unused spaces into life enhancing areas such as lofts, storage, display or play spaces for the kids.  Co-founder, Melissa Rosalie, has  a knack for making it work on budget that leaves clients comfortable, and she keeps clients well informed throughout the process.  If we are working on a large remodeling project or fixing a stuck drawer our goal is the same....
